Scott Maw • Physical Therapist
PT, DPT, OCS
Scott was born in Utah but grew up moving around the country in a military family. He attended high school in Las Vegas, Nevada, and Yorktown, Virginia, and graduated from the University of Utah in 2001 with a bachelor’s degree in physical therapy. He has been practicing ever since, beginning in Washington (for 10 years) before returning to Utah in 2012. Scott has worked in outpatient orthopedics settings throughout his career and has been a board-certified orthopedic specialist since 2009. He treats a variety of orthopedic conditions, but particularly enjoys treating clients with shoulder and knee injuries, individuals with pain in running/deficits in running mechanics, and patients with cervicogenic headache.
Scott is a huge sports fan, especially of soccer, college football (Go Utes!), and the Utah Jazz. He enjoys running and cross training exercise to stay active. His favorite thing to do outside of work is spend time with his wife and kids, traveling, and going to sporting events. He loves meeting and working with new people, helping them get better and get back to what they love to do.
