Scott received a bachelor’s degree in psychology in 1998 and then a master’s degree in physical therapy in 2001, both from the University of Utah. Scott has 20+ years of experience of practice in the orthopedic physical therapy setting in his career. He was awarded board certification in orthopedic physical therapy by the American Board of Physical Therapy in 2009 and again in 2019. He treats a variety of orthopedic conditions, but particularly enjoys treating clients with shoulder and knee injuries, individuals with pain in running/deficits in running mechanics, and patients with cervicogenic headaches. Scott has advanced training in running medicine, IASTM, and use of extracorporeal shockwave therapy.
Personal Info
Scott is a big sports fan, especially of Premier League soccer, college football, and the Utah Jazz. He enjoys running and cross training exercise to stay active. His favorite things to do outside of work are spending time with his wife and kids, traveling, and going to sporting events. He loves meeting and working with new people, helping them get better and back to what they love to do.
