Sarah received a bachelor’s degree in exercise science from Brigham Young University in 2016 and a master’s degree in occupational therapy from the University of Utah in 2019. Sarah is passionate about helping individuals regain independence in meaningful daily activities. She completed her clinical studies at a neurological trauma unit, an upper extremity/hands therapy clinic, and in the home health setting. Clinical interests include neurological rehab for those who have experienced stroke, traumatic brain injury, and neurodegenerative disease. She is also qualified to work with individuals who have upper extremity injuries, using an evidence-based approach to improve patients’ functional independence. Sarah focuses on the individual as a whole, considering their physical, mental, and social wellbeing.

Personal Info

Sarah has lived in Utah her whole life! She currently lives in Eagle Mountain with her husband, son, and their goldendoodle named Jasmine “Jazz.” She loves to hike, read, travel, sing, and play the piano.
