Sara received a bachelor of science in psychology from the University of Utah in 2015. During her undergraduate studies, she also completed a certificate in human factors, thereby increasing her understanding of how people interact with their environment. In 2023, Sara received a doctorate in occupational therapy from the University of St. Augustine. Sara has experience with social work case management and skilled nursing rehabilitation. She joined Dry Creek in April 2026, thanks to her strong clinical interest in upper extremity and hand rehabilitation. Sara's patient-centered treatment approach emphasizes patient education and holistic care. She strives to ensure that patients understand their role in the recovery process, diagnosis, and treatment options, while also feeling empowered to confidently pursue care needed for the best outcomes.

Outside the clinic, Sara enjoys spending time with family and friends. She is known for her easygoing, slightly silly personality. She loves animals—so feel free to tell your dog she says hi. In her free time, you can often find her exploring the Cottonwood Mountains, playing Mahjong, or trying new restaurants. She also enjoys creative projects, usually with a good audiobook playing in the background.
