Rachel received a doctorate of physical therapy from Baylor University in 2010 and physical therapy training through the U.S. Army, where she served on active duty for 20 years before retiring in 2022. Rachel is a board-certified orthopedic physical therapist with over 13 years of experience. She is also certified in dry needling. Her clinical interests include athletic rehab and helping patients return to a healthy and active lifestyle. She is well-versed in many spinal manual techniques and is a member of the American Physical Therapy Association.

Personal Info

Rachel's military career took her all over the United States; she is happy to now be settled and call Utah home. She enjoys CrossFit and spending time with her husband and two boys. Together they enjoy all of the outdoor activities Utah has to offer.
