Jacob (Jake) received a doctorate degree in occupational therapy from Creighton University and has since focused entirely on rehabilitation of the upper extremity, including shoulder, elbow, wrist and hand. He has been a hand therapist for eight years and is currently a certified Hand Therapy candidate. Jake’s patient education includes an in-depth knowledge of how the upper extremity works and its integral role in performing daily activities. Jake is Graston certified (soft-tissue therapy) and is an excellent manual therapist. He creates custom orthotics and creative splints for his patients in an effort to provide each individual the ability to fulfill their needs and reach their physical goals. He values hard work and open communication between patients and providers throughout the rehabilitation process.

Personal Info

Jake and his wife Shalynn have four extremely active boys. The couple can be found chasing their sons around while enjoying nature, working in the yard, and remodeling homes. Jake is fluent in Spanish, and was raised in Lehi, Utah.
