Ashton received a bachelor's degree in Health, Society, and Policy from the University of Utah in 2021, followed by an Occupational Therapy Assistant degree from Salt Lake Community College in 2025. She is currently practicing in hand therapy, with a focus on restoring upper extremity function while supporting client independence. Ashton also has experience in neurological rehabilitation. She is passionate about evidence-based care and helping clients return to meaningful daily activities.

Ashton is a Southern California native who loves spending time with her pets and trying as many possible restaurants from Diners, Drive-Ins, and Dives. She enjoys paddle boarding and is always hunting for the perfect spot on the lake.
