Sarah received a bachelor’s degree in exercise science from Brigham Young University in 2016 and a master’s degree in occupational therapy at the University of Utah in 2019. Sarah is passionate about helping individuals regain their independence in meaningful daily activities. She completed her clinical studies at a neurological trauma unit, an upper extremity/hands therapy clinic, and in the home health setting. Clinical interests include neurological rehab for those who have experienced stroke, traumatic brain injury, neurodegenerative disease, and working with those who have upper extremity injuries to improve their functional independence. Sarah focuses on individuals comprehensively, considering their physical, mental, and social wellbeing.
Sarah has lived in Utah her whole life and currently lives in Eagle Mountain with her husband, son, and their goldendoodle named Jasmine “Jazz.” She loves to hike, read, travel, sing, and play the piano.
