Pauline Hannan • Women’s Health Physical Therapist
Pauline earned a clinical doctorate of physical therapy from Creighton University, after earning a Bachelor of Science in Dietetics. She had a specialized rotation at the Woman's Hospital in Baton Rouge, Louisiana, treating the pelvic floor and other women's health diagnoses. She has continued her training to include the following: pelvic pain (men and women), incontinence (men, women, and children), hip pathology and dysfunction, constipation/bowel irregularities, visceral mobilization for treatment of surgical and abdominal scarring, pregnancy and postpartum issues. She believes that there is much more to pelvic health than just Kegels! When asked about what makes her different she replies, "I treat all my patients as if they were my grandma, my mom, my best friend, my sister-in-law. I care the same amount about my patients as I do my family. I strongly believe that women have the ability to change the world. It is not okay that women have to silently struggle with these issues that appear to only affect just them. There needs to be a safe place for women to come, to be treated, to be cared for, so that they can become stronger and more able to change the world."
Pauline is new to Utah and loves the access to so many National Parks. She likes spending time in the mountains with her husband, and two dogs, June and Lucy. She also enjoys riding horses, hunting with her bow, and dancing.
